Providers listen, easy to make appointments. When I use the portal to message if I have questions or concerns they all reply in a timely manner. Polite staff and providers.
It was a long wait to get an appointment. This was scheduled back in April and I had to wait until October to be seen. Then they wanted to see me back in 11-12 weeks but the only appointments were even further out than that.
Very friendly and experienced staff. They seemed happy and eager to help me and accommodate my needs.
I saw both Dr. Cotton and [Name] on the same day and they were both very thorough with explaining the whole process and made me feel at ease. I felt I was listened to and understood and we came to the best solution for my treatment.

Dr. Cotton was very attentive to my answers to her questions and listen well to questions and concerns I had. She didn't rush through the appointment like some doctors do. She was very open to my thoughts and opinions and didn't try to force something on me that I did not want to do. I appreciate that immensely since I have had doctors try to do that to me in the past.

Everyone was most polite and courteous It is a very busy office but efficient [Name] med tech was very polite and on task Dr Cotton was most knowledgeable and patient as she listened to my weight journey offering practical and realistic ideas and goals.
