I got the appointment quickly, in fact it was changed to an earlier date via a phone call from the office. The receptionist, medical assistant, and the physician we're all kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I was in and out for my appointment in a half an hour.

He discusses your testing and how it relates to your S&S. Offers possible solutions and methods on how to proceed. He reviews these w you the pt, to see how they will fit into your vision for your lifestyle. Greg is 100/10. I cannot say enough about his knowledge, compassion, caring and personalisation of care!!
When I entered the reception room the staff behind the desk looked at me more than once and didn't acknowledge I was there. A simple hi I'll be with you shortly would gave gone a long way. Instead of being ignored like I wasn't there. I felt like I was bothering her.

Greg Goodwin exceeded my expectations for a first visit. I've found that many providers have their standard talking points and are typically under pressure to move on to the next patient. Everyone I've seen with regard to my hip replacement has been excellent. I've never felt rushed, all my questions have been answered, the staff is really friendly. I'm glad to be working with the SC orthopedics group.
The provider listened to my problem, asked for further information on any problems since last seen. Very helpful.

The entire team at South Coast orthopedics are a great and caring Bunch. I always feel like I'm in good hands. They explain everything to me and they make sure I'm achieving what I am coming to them for. It's a very goal oriented process, which I appreciate a lot in specialists You all should be very proud.

Comfortable and friendly atmosphere
This provider is always fast and courteous.
From the office staff all the way to the PA today there was great professionalism. Everyone was very pleasant. At check in, I was called right away. The new MA introduced herself and was very pleasant. The xray tech was very pleasant and expressed genuine care for my health. And Greg is always pleasant concerned and suggests other ways that may helped deal with continued pain. A very pleasant experience every time I go.
