About Fatima Medeiros NP
Fatima Medeiros earned her Associates of Science degree in Nursing from Bristol Community College in Fall River, MA. She went on to further her expertise in the medical field by earning a Master of Science & Nursing degree and graduating magna cum laude from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her clinical interests include primary care for all age groups. She is fluent in English and Portuguese.
Fatima’s personal philosophy of care involves compassion, respect, and empathy for every patient in her care. She believes that communication and education is the key to effective healthcare, and strives to keep a holistic approach to health – caring for a patient’s physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and mental well-being. As a little girl, Fatima served as her mother’s translator for her doctor’s appointments. Her inspiration to work as a Nurse Practitioner came from her experiences with the medical team that cared for her mother. Even from a young age, Fatima has felt driven to make a difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, Fatima enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with her family and friends. She also spends time volunteering at her local church as a Sunday school teacher, camp volunteer, and bible group member.

From the time I got there to the time I was see was exceptional
First of all, it was done very quickly, so it didn't waste a lot of my time, so I was pleased with that. And I had an excellent person who gave me the inoculation. She asked me a lot of questions about my health and wanted to make sure I was okay. She was very pleasant, while at the same time knew what she was talking about, so I was very pleased.
Fatima is an exceptional provider with excellent professional expertise. She is a caring and thoughtful practitioner who listens and asks pertinent questions addressing any concerns. I feel lucky to have found her for my care.
Fatima carefully listened to me and put me at ease. She was patient and kind. She also followed through by contacting me as soon as my results were available and encouraged me to contact her if I was not feeling better.
I called for an emergency visit and was able to get an appointment the same day. X-rays were ordered, results obtained and recd an immediate phone call from provider. Office staff are kind, professional and efficient.

I find that Fatima has a terrific grasp on what is going on in my life as far as my health is concerned, that she's on top of everything and she has solutions, solutions that I can do. And she's always great in contacting me if anything changes that she wants, that she wants changed. I'm just thrilled with having her as my primary care.
First of all she was right on time. Went over all my lab work and explained everything to me. She listened to my concerns and addressed them with me.
