About Eliana Cuellar NP
Eliana Cuellar earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She went on to further her expertise by earning a Master of Science degree in Nursing, graduating cum laude also from Chamberlain University. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and her clinical interests include internal medicine, cardiology, and genetics. She is fluent in English and Portuguese, and knowledgeable in Spanish.
Eliana’s personal philosophy of care is centered on caring for the whole person, not just their disease. She believes that a patient’s physical health is just one aspect of their healthcare experience — Eliana strives to tend to their emotional, mental, social, and spiritual health as well. In her words, proper healthcare “requires the provider to be an advocate, a facilitator, an attentive listener, and a doer!”
Outside of work, Eliana enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing with her dog. She also volunteers her time at her local church, teaching Sabbath school and serving as the director of Health Ministry.

Quick diagnosis, meds called in for pick and good explanation of home care.
I called on Tuesday 12/19/23 to be seen, got an appt for Wed to see a NP because my dr is away. 12/20 appt cancelled to 12/21, then 12/21 was cancelled to 12/22. I should've went to urgent care but I didn't. I was not happy about them cancelling twice on me and I wasn't happy with the NP. My dr will be hearing about this. My dr treats me like a family member, I'm disappointed by the care I received while my dr is away.

While at the office, the provider thought it would be prudent to test me for covid. When she went out to tell the office staff that I needed to be swabbed, I could hear the office staff respond sarcastically with "oh great, I didn't know she had any symptoms". Given the fact that the desks are so close to the exam rooms, staff should be more cognizant of what they are saying and how loud. Working in a medical office, being exposed to illness is par for the course, and I expected more professionalism out of the staff.
The nurses are great! Very friendly and make you feel comfortable. This particular NP seemed a bit overwhelmed and out of element, back and forth with what she had to say. I would not recommend her to any one I know.
