Southcoast Health at Home
Gifts to the Southcoast Health at Home General Fund provides support for patients to improve overall wellbeing and assists with their ability to remain in their home and achieve greater independence.
Patient and Caregiver Fund
The Southcoast Health at Home Patient and Caregiver Fund support patients and their families with special requests, wishes and exceptional needs including groceries, assistive equipment, clothing, utility assistance and final arrangements.
Supportive Care
The Southcoast Health at Home Supportive Care fund focuses on reducing the physical and emotional burdens of serious illness. The Fund provides comfort-focused care including massage, Reiki, and aromatherapy as well as specialized support and bereavement care.
Compassion Fund
The Southcoast Health at Home Compassion Fund provides additional care hours for hospice patients and their families struggling with the added burdens of care while managing other aspects of living, including work commitments and household needs.
Angel Wings Retreat
Angel Wings Retreat is a two-day bereavement program offered at no cost for children ages 6 to 15 grieving the loss of someone close to them. The retreat provides children with an opportunity to explore their grief in a safe and comforting environment, surrounded by peers and professionals.
