Hope Takes Flight is an annual fundraising event benefiting the Compassion Fund. Funds raised provide additional supportive care hours to hospice patients and their families who are facing financial hardships, allowing for patients to be cared for in the comfort of their own home.

The Southcoast Health Nicole Podkowa Fund removes barriers to care by providing patients with assistance to help with utility payments, food, housing, transportation, cancer related supplies and other necessities. Support for this event allows our patients and their families to focus on what is most important – their battle against cancer. In 2026, Southcoast Health will celebrate the milestone of its 30th anniversary with a special event.

Southcoast Health’s Annual Meeting is the last business meeting of the fiscal year where donors and leadership come together to honor everything Southcoast Health has accomplished as an organization over the past year.
