About Ashley Baldwin NP
Ashley Baldwin, NP, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salve Regina University in Newport Rhode Island. She then obtained her Master of Science in Adult-Gerontology as a Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Her philosophy of care is centered on partnership, respect, and patient empowerment. She believes patients should be active participants in their healthcare journey and values shared decision-making to ensure individuals feel heard, informed, and respected. Her clinical interests include preventive care, mental health care, and comprehensive care for older adults.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys crafting, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with her family.

This was my first visit to this health care center. Everyone one was attentive and helpful.
Nurse practitioner Baldwin was professional while remaining friendly and upbeat. She listened carefully and with concern for my problems. She was patient and at no time made me feel rushed and when I left I knew what my next steps should be and I felt more positive than I have for awhile.
I was impressed how through and professional Ashley Mary Baldwin is. I was also impressed how high tech everything is.
The office was pleasant, clean and well organized. the staff was attentive and was focused on the patient. The people at the front desks were welcoming , friendly and prompt. It was an exceptional experience. I am an hour away and believe me the drive is worth it.

Great experience from the start. Whether that was the front desk, to the nurses, to Ashley and then check out. All are very friendly and welcoming especially as someone brand new to this office.
My nurse practitioner was the absolute best. It was the first time that I saw her. From the first person that answered the phone on the nurses line when I called, I was immediately seen that day and I was not going to come in, but she actually told me it was a good idea. And then the nurse practitioner that I saw, I would see her every time. She was so good.
Ashley Baldwin is always so pleasant and is genuinely concerned about my health. She also takes care of several of my family members. She is the best!

Both [Name] and Ashley were great. I liked them both and would be happy to see Ashley again. And perhaps she did not ask me if I was able to take care of my health because I a personal trainer and a health coach. That would not be a question to ask me!
Even though Dr. Ashley Baldwin recently moved to a new office that's quite far from me, she is absolutely worth the drive. She provides care in such a personal and thoughtful way, always showing genuine concern for both my physical and mental health. Finding a doctor who truly cares about you as a whole person is rare, and it means more than I can express. I'm very grateful to be under her care.The staff at her new location was very kind and helpful. It was a really pleasant first experience.
She listened to my symptoms empathetically and educated me on her diagnosis and treatment
My experience was wonderful. It was my first time to see my provider at the address that you're calling from right now in Portsmouth. And I was surprised to see how clean, efficient, polite, and thorough the attendants were, the PAs or the secretaries, I'm not sure what they are, but they all were medically profound and educated. And of course, my provider is the best.

I saw NP "Ashley" and was extremely impressed! First, I was given a 'sick visit' just 20 minutes after I spoke with the nurse over the phone. The NP in the office was the best I've ever experienced. She'd read notes and my record, had a supernatural 'chair-side' approach, thoroughly exam, communication and treatment plan, sent a thorough note to my cardiologist, and even called me to follow up the next day. I'm impressed!
Ashley was very empathetic, understood the situation that I was in, and also made a follow-up call personally to me, which I have not seen in a very, very, very long time. So that was very much appreciated and took the time to explain what my test results showed. Only challenge was probably they were just running late the day I had to be seen. That's all. Thank you.

Great experience overall! Everyone was super friendly
Came in with hurt ankle tendon, got medicine for inflammation but no boot. Was told to wrap it up and stay off it. Seeing ortho Tuesday to finally get a boot.
