About Fatima Medeiros NP
Fatima Medeiros earned her Associates of Science degree in Nursing from Bristol Community College in Fall River, MA. She went on to further her expertise in the medical field by earning a Master of Science & Nursing degree and graduating magna cum laude from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her clinical interests include primary care for all age groups. She is fluent in English and Portuguese.
Fatima’s personal philosophy of care involves compassion, respect, and empathy for every patient in her care. She believes that communication and education is the key to effective healthcare, and strives to keep a holistic approach to health – caring for a patient’s physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and mental well-being. As a little girl, Fatima served as her mother’s translator for her doctor’s appointments. Her inspiration to work as a Nurse Practitioner came from her experiences with the medical team that cared for her mother. Even from a young age, Fatima has felt driven to make a difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, Fatima enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with her family and friends. She also spends time volunteering at her local church as a Sunday school teacher, camp volunteer, and bible group member.

From the front desk, friendly greeting with a warm smile and kind heart to the warm greeting when my name was called and another smile my experience was wonderful?. Then Fatima entered the room with a knowledge of who I was and my history. This is precisely the way an office should be run. I am so happy to be here with my new PCP. Keep up the good work and thank you for being amazing.
Very courteous, explained everything a great nurse
Went over everything explaining my lab results, and answered every question I had. She makes me feel very comfortable. I am so satisfied having Fatima for my health care.
Fatima reviewed my health needs since my last visit. She quickly integrated information from my FL history and test results. She listened to my concerns regarding weight loss and is referring me to a dietitian. She ordered tests to help with evaluation of my weight. She is an excellent pcp and I feel so thankful she and the entire staff are there to help me with my health:)

Extremely tentative to my issue listened to every work, then checked explained things ordered a test to see ehat is going on. Im always pleased with my visits. Yes, I was seen almost immediately by a nurse and then Fatima. Both of them treated me with a lot of respect, answered all my questions, and Fatima, in particular, really filled me in on my health status. From the time I got there to the time I was see was exceptional
First of all, it was done very quickly, so it didn't waste a lot of my time, so I was pleased with that. And I had an excellent person who gave me the inoculation. She asked me a lot of questions about my health and wanted to make sure I was okay. She was very pleasant, while at the same time knew what she was talking about, so I was very pleased.

I find that Fatima has a terrific grasp on what is going on in my life as far as my health is concerned, that she's on top of everything and she has solutions, solutions that I can do. And she's always great in contacting me if anything changes that she wants, that she wants changed. I'm just thrilled with having her as my primary care.

Fatima is a very, very good professional as well as a wonderful person who can relate to the patient and explains things thoroughly, was right up to date on my health care, is very concerning. Anything that I had, she was just very concerned and gave me information about what was going on for me. So she's very thorough, went over all of the blood work that I had done and explained things to me. So I can't recommend her highly enough. She is just a great, great credit to her profession.
