About Rachel Finney NP
Rachel Finney started her medical education at Brockton Hospital School of Nursing where she received her diploma in nursing. From there she furthered her medical expertise, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Southern New Hampshire University, and a Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois.
Rachel’s personal philosophy of care revolves around treating the whole person holistically, not just as a condition. She strongly believes in helping each patient achieve their personal goals and promote overall well-being. Her background working in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine piqued her interest in cardiology.
When not at work, Rachel spends her time with her family, at the beach, doing yoga, and skiing on the mountain.

Rachael Finney NP, was professional, very knowledgeable, and she has a great bedside manner. She is kind, respectful, and was able to engage in conversation about my concerns and questions.She provided nutritional information about my dietary choices to improve my cholesterol and health.The cardiac staff did an EKG, and the experience was great. She was kind, mindful of my anxiety, and her kindness and expertise were appreciated.

You treat every aspect of my medical care with honest interest, compassion and expertise. No questions are inappropriate and all are answered as if they were treating a family member. Your cardiologists, NP's nurses, young workers in the hospital who help with the jobs that are very personal and uncomfortable as if they were the patient themselves. That includes the office staff. It's truly amazing. Thank you! You literally saved my life and are intent on keeping healthy!

From the first person I dealt with to the last she was perfect-efficient, compassionate, knowledgeable and complete. There are probably more extreme adjectives I could use. I remember the name Rachel, she was amazing and the checking out person could not have been better and complete. Just because I can't remember her name doesn't mean anyone else was less admirable. I wish all people in other medical offices were as wonderful!!!

This was my first experience with Rachel, I thought she was very knowledgeable about my problems,new exactly what we needed to do, and set it all up.I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Aside from everything you've already asked, I think the whole group in there is, they're a happy bunch, I can tell you that. They love their job. As far as we could see, they were all smiling, sensitive and caring. I got a little bit of shaky news and Rachel was very good about explaining things and I'm going to be having a cardiac catheterization done and she explained the whole thing to me and my partner. So I would like to call her out for that. I keep thinking about how good she was and how gracious.
Everything was well explained which helped me to understand the procedure ahead and calmed my fears.
NP Rachel Finney was outstanding. So knowledgeable and in filling in for Dr Jeha while on maternity leave, she was fully knowledgeable about my entire health record, as if she'd been my provider for years! I was blown away. She was very concerned for more progress and answered all my questions in incredible detail. She is no doubt a HUGE asset to SouthCoast… I felt totally at ease and confident in her care. Thank you!!!

This appt was very good since I had been in hospital since last appt to cardiology . Time was spent discussing new health issues and future tests and appointments. Rachael was pleasant and professional and great at explaining things

The office staff was very pleasant and helpful. The Employee who took the EKG was also very nice. The office visit went very well and it was good to see Rachel Finney again. The person that I talked to at the check out desk was also very nice. It was a great experience.
Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and Rachel was a very good listener. She took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.
This was the first time at this facility and I was very impressed service I received today. I feel my support team Rachel Fenny far exceeded the care I received at another facility 3 years ago with the same heart problems. I definitely feel more confident in moving forward with my condition with her on my side.
