Dr. Moores is a triple board certified in hand surgery, plastic surgery and general surgery. earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, NY. He then completed a general surgery residency at Yale University School of Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He sought further training by completing a plastic surgery residency at the University of South Carolina Medical School and completed his final year of training with a hand and microsurgery fellowship at Yale.
