  • Dr and nurse were great reception could smile more

  • To be greeted with a positive attitude. A smile goes a long way! An acknowledgement that you are an important individual who is there to find out what is wrong with you and to also work side by side to find the solution.

  • good with follow up and working to get me time sensitive dates and adjustments to allow for my schedule.

  • The initial support provider was friendly, and made an effort to put me at ease. Dr. Imran had obviously read over the notes about my fall and encouraged me to tell her everything I could remember about it. She listened well and suggested next steps. I was very encouraged about her approach and felt validated and positive about her method of care.

  • I was very impressed that I was taking it immediately as I came in with PACs and I was very, very scared… Everybody from the registration person to the nurse… To the doctor was very cordial and very caring. I did not know what to expect with this new physician that you have on staff but she was extremely Comforting… And thorough. Reassured me that I would be fine. I did have a couple of other questions that I thought of afterwards, but that's OK. I'll ask it another time. Thank you. I am so privileged to be a patient with Southcoast cardiology. Thank you kindly.

  • It was my first visit and I was very pleased how everything went.

  • Everyone on the staff was friendly and professional. It was a relaxed and comfortable experience. Dr. Imran was bright, friendly and explained things very well. I'd be more than happy to see her again.

  • Check in and check out cubicles obstruct the view for the next available patient representative for the cardiology practice. People stood against the wall unable to visualize an available assist.

  • Listened to me and answered all my questions
