Establishing a personal fundraising page is the perfect way to remember or honor a loved one or commemorate a special occasion. Your personal fundraising page can honor someone on a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc.) or memorialize a loved one who has died.

By fundraising for Southcoast VNA your efforts will make a difference to many others in the community. Tributes that reach a total of $1,000 or more receive an engraved leaf on our “Tree of Life” display at our Fairhaven Office.

Your fundraising page can support one of the following campaigns:

• Southcoast VNA’s Supportive Care Center to improve the quality of life for patients and families facing serious illness.
• Camp Angel Wings is Southcoast VNA’s annual bereavement day camp offered at no cost to any child between the age of 6 and 15 grieving the death of a loved one.
