The Southcoast Health Urgent Care is open to the public, and you do not need to have a Southcoast Physicians Group doctor to visit our urgent care clinic.

Due to high patient volumes, Urgent Care sites may reach maximum capacity prior to stated closing times. If this occurs, we may ask you to return the following day.

If your condition is a life-threatening or medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

What to Expect When You Arrive at a Southcoast Health Facility

For the protection of our patients, employees, and providers, protocols have been put in place at all Southcoast Health facilities.

• All individuals entering a Southcoast Health facility for care will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and a temperature
• All patients will be given a face mask; please note an ample supply of PPE equipment is available at all Southcoast Health facilities

Flexible Urgent Care in Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Lakeville, Seekonk, Wareham and Fall River, MA.

The Southcoast Health Urgent Care Center is now in 6 locations — Dartmouth in the Hannoush Plaza, Fairhaven at the Southcoast Center for Primary and Specialty Care, Lakeville on Main Street, Seekonk at Commerce Way, Wareham at Wareham Crossing and Fall River at the SouthCoast Market Place so we can provide efficient medical care to patients (six months and older) across our community. Our urgent care clinics are also open seven days a week, including nights and weekends.

We offer a variety of urgent care services in Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Fall River, Lakeville, Seekonk and Wareham, MA including the treatment of the following minor injuries and illnesses:

• Animal bites
• Asthma and bronchitis
• Bruises, fractures and sprains
• Burns
• Colds, infections and flu symptoms
• Contusions
• Lacerations
• Minor eye injuries
• Sore throat, earaches and sinus infections
• Skin conditions
• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)

Our urgent care performs the following services:

• Camp/school sports physicals*
• Gynecologic care
• Laboratory services
• Minor surgical evaluation and treatments
• Orthopedic care
• X-rays

*We do not perform employment physicals, military, DOT, DOD or TSA physicals. Please see our Occupational Health services. We do not perform physicals for concussion screenings or clearance.

Urgent Care does not perform Annual Medical Physicals/Annual Wellness Physicals. Please contact your Primary Care Provider. If you do not have a Primary Care Provider, please call 508-973-2222.
