Foi efectuado um lifting mam\u00e1rio bilateral com redu\u00e7\u00e3o ligeira utilizando a malha de monofilamento DuraSorb, removendo 191 gramas da mama direita e 110 gramas da mama esquerda para levar a paciente de um 36DDD para um 36D. Genetic tests was completed and was negative. Following the completion of chemotherapy the patient underwent a bilateral skin-sparing and nipple-sparing mastectomies with Immediate Implant-based Bilateral Breast Reconstruction. The surgery was done in two stages.<\/p>\n<p>Stage 1: Allergan Inspira tissue expanders were inserted following the mastectomy. He underwent Bilateral Subcutaneous Mastectomies with Free Nipple Areola Grafting.
