Se tiver de atender o telefone ou ir buscar uma toalha, leve a crian\u00e7a consigo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantenha os seus filhos debaixo de olho e tenha em aten\u00e7\u00e3o a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o das piscinas nos quintais do seu bairro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inscrever as crian\u00e7as em aulas de nata\u00e7\u00e3o dadas por instrutores qualificados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e3o nade se tiver bebido \u00e1lcool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e3o nadar sozinho nem permitir que outros o fa\u00e7am.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantenha-se afastado da \u00e1gua durante trovoadas e outras condi\u00e7\u00f5es meteorol\u00f3gicas adversas. Durante tempestades com rel\u00e2mpagos, procure abrigo longe de objectos met\u00e1licos, \u00e1reas abertas e \u00e1rvores grandes e solit\u00e1rias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e3o exceda as suas capacidades de nata\u00e7\u00e3o. Conhe\u00e7a os seus limites e cumpra-os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifique o n\u00edvel da \u00e1gua antes de mergulhar numa piscina, oceano, lagoa, reservat\u00f3rio ou lago.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mergulhar sempre com os bra\u00e7os firmemente estendidos sobre a cabe\u00e7a e as m\u00e3os juntas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e3o mergulhe em corpos de \u00e1gua desconhecidos, como lagos, rios, pedreiras ou valas de irriga\u00e7\u00e3o.
