It reflects our unwavering commitment to our patients, families, and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The NRC Health award is based on our Net Promoter Score, which measures how likely patients are to recommend Southcoast Health based on their experience. This year, Southcoast Health achieved an all-time high Net Promoter Score of 86.8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you to every Southcoast Health team member whose dedication helps
