Southcoast Physicians and community partners want to help you take a step toward better health — literally!
Taking a brisk walk can do wonders for your health. Walking just 30 minutes a day can decrease your risk of many health problems including heart disease, stroke and diabetes.
Be Well Wareham is a wellness partnership of Southcoast Health, YMCA Southcoast and the regional coalition, Voices for a Healthy Southcoast.
Be Well Wareham features a FREE monthly walk with a doctor followed followed by yoga, meditation and nutrition class at the Gleason Family YMCA.
Walk: 8:30-9 am
Chair yoga: 9-9:30 am
Meditation: 9:30-10 am
Nutrition: 10-10:30 am
