Se realiz\u00f3 una elevaci\u00f3n bilateral de mamas con reducci\u00f3n menor utilizando malla DuraSorb de monofilamento, extrayendo 191 gramos de la mama derecha y 110 gramos de la mama izquierda para llevar a la paciente de una 36DDD a una 36D. Genetic tests was completed and was negative. Following the completion of chemotherapy the patient underwent a bilateral skin-sparing and nipple-sparing mastectomies with Immediate Implant-based Bilateral Breast Reconstruction. The surgery was done in two stages.<\/p>\n<p>Stage 1: Allergan Inspira tissue expanders were inserted following the mastectomy. He underwent Bilateral Subcutaneous Mastectomies with Free Nipple Areola Grafting.
