Elige alimentos integrales: prote\u00ednas magras, frutas, verduras, cereales integrales y grasas saludables. Limita el az\u00facar, la sal y los alimentos procesados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mant\u00e9ngase hidratado. Tu cuerpo necesita agua para funcionar a pleno rendimiento. Intenta beber 8 vasos al d\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duerma bien. Prioriza 7 horas de sue\u00f1o reparador cada noche. El sue\u00f1o lo afecta todo, desde el estado de \u00e1nimo hasta el metabolismo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deja de fumar y limita el alcohol. Tu coraz\u00f3n, tus pulmones, tu h\u00edgado y tu futuro yo te lo agradecer\u00e1n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hable con su m\u00e9dico. Su m\u00e9dico es su aliado en la salud. No espere a que aparezcan los s\u00edntomas para programar una visita.
