Se podr\u00eda decir que Taylor Bardsley manifest\u00f3 su carrera aqu\u00ed, en Southcoast Health. Comenz\u00f3 cuando visitaba a su madre, Donna Robillard, en Borden Medical Associates (ahora parte de Southcoast Health Internal Medicine), donde trabajaba como especialista en pr\u00e1cticas. Durante sus visitas, lo que m\u00e1s le gustaba era hacer dibujos con l\u00e1pices de colores para el personal, que los colgaban con orgullo en la pared para que ella los viera. Hoy, esas mismas paredes albergan algo nuevo, un t\u00edtulo enmarcado que marca su incre\u00edble logro como enfermera especializada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con una carrera de m\u00e1s de diecisiete a\u00f1os en Southcoast Health, la historia de Taylor es la de la determinaci\u00f3n y el poder de una comunidad que la apoya. Con s\u00f3lo quince a\u00f1os y medio, empez\u00f3 como voluntaria en la sala de archivos del Dr. Warren Wood en Borden, deseosa de sumergirse en el mundo de la atenci\u00f3n sanitaria. A los diecis\u00e9is a\u00f1os, se hab\u00eda unido oficialmente al equipo convirtiendo su voluntariado en un trabajo a tiempo parcial. Su siguiente puesto fue el de Representante de Acceso de Pacientes, dando sus primeros pasos hacia lo que se convertir\u00eda en una pasi\u00f3n para toda la vida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2016, Taylor trabaj\u00f3 como asistente m\u00e9dica, antes de poner su mirada en la escuela de enfermer\u00eda. Despu\u00e9s de adquirir experiencia en Charlton Memorial Hospital de 2018 a 2020, encontr\u00f3 su camino de regreso a Borden como enfermera de triaje. Pero su viaje no se detuvo all\u00ed. Impulsada por el apoyo inquebrantable de sus colegas y mentores en Southcoast Health, Taylor dio el siguiente salto, convirti\u00e9ndose en enfermera practicante en 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para Taylor, Southcoast Health ha sido algo m\u00e1s que un lugar de trabajo, ha sido una plataforma de lanzamiento, una familia y un lugar donde la animaron a crecer en cada paso del camino.
