Despu\u00e9s de una gran experiencia dando a luz a su primer hijo en el Hospital St. Luke's hace seis a\u00f1os, Kate decidi\u00f3 tener a Landon all\u00ed tambi\u00e9n. Antes de que naciera, la controlaban tres o cuatro veces por semana y, a las 35 semanas, Landon lleg\u00f3 mediante una ces\u00e1rea de urgencia en la que lo llevaron inmediatamente a la Sala de Cuidados Especiales para tratarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al nacer, Landon pes\u00f3 s\u00f3lo tres libras y siete onzas, y tuvo que pasar un total de veinte d\u00edas en el hospital. Guarder\u00eda de cuidados especiales<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Luke's brindaron a nuestra familia durante todo este tiempo. Con los incre\u00edbles m\u00e9dicos, enfermeras y personal del hospital, junto con nuestras familias y amigos, nos sentimos tan apoyados mientras esper\u00e1bamos traer a Landon a casa.\"  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoy, Landon es un ni\u00f1o sano que empezar\u00e1 preescolar este oto\u00f1o. Como muestra de agradecimiento al personal, los amigos y familiares de Landon iniciaron una tradici\u00f3n de donaciones a la Guarder\u00eda de Cuidados Especiales cada a\u00f1o en su cumplea\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Este a\u00f1o, con motivo de su tercer cumplea\u00f1os, han donado generosamente bodies y neceseres para los padres. En a\u00f1os anteriores, han donado tarjetas regalo para los proveedores, las enfermeras y el personal, y libros infantiles para los pacientes actuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gracias a la familia Moore y a nuestro equipo de la Guarder\u00eda de Cuidados Especiales de Nivel II por todo lo que hacen para cuidar de nuestros pacientes m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os y de sus familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
