From the minute, I walked in the building for my Appointment. I was welcomed with smiles and felt comfortable. Bianca, the medical assistant took her time. Explained everything that was going to be happening. Asked me questions. Are there any concerns I might have again a very comfortable situation. Jennifer Silva NP is the best. She is kind, considerate gentle listens and explains everything she's about to do. You are very lucky to have her at Southcoast a-true pro professional.

I saw Jennifer Silva NP, and she was very thorough and listen to my concerns. I feel she really does take the time to get to know her patients.
Everyone was very professional. Lab personnel was very nice, efficient, and good at drawing blood. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Attending nurse was friendly and clear with her directions. Ms. Silvia was attentive, helpful, on time, and professional. Everyone made me feel very comfortable.

Yes, I was impressed with the appointment because the first person I met was an individual who graduates in about three weeks as a nurse practitioner. And so she was in the room with me alone to do all of the initial stuff and then Jen Silva came in after that was done. So it's really cool. And I wish the student all the best because she was great. She asked a lot of questions and was very thorough in her exam and her remarks. So and then Jen came in and yeah, it was a very good experience. I would go back in a heartbeat to both of them. Thank you. Bye.
