  • CaringAnswered my concerns

  • I find dr Regan to be an excellent physician. She is very compassionate - professional and evidently keeps on top of the info in her field. She listens when I describe my situation /problem and has effectively addressed my concerns about my health. She also encourages me to assume responsibility for lifestyle practices as appropriate

  • Dr. Regan has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen. Please let her know that she is appreciated!

  • I have no complaints whatsoever. Dr. Wendy Regan and the staff in Southcoast office are very professional.

  • Dr Wendy Regan, is the most professional and knowledgeable doctor I have ever worked with. Not just in medical terms, but understanding the daily lives, and the challenges that a busy schedule, impacts ones overall health. Always ready with suggestions for how to do better. [Name] at the front desk, is extremely helpful. Both at check-in and juggling appointments.

  • No improvements necessary...[Name] is always understanding and helpful on the phone. The caregivers that take you in for blood pressure and symptoms listen and make you comfortable. Dr. Regan is WONDERFUL. She never makes you feel rushed and always listens carefully. She helps you understand your the problem and the solution. I have always been very pleased with the office staff...they are all professionals! Thank you for caring for me!

  • While I was taken into an examining room fairly quickly, the overall time before I saw my physician and I spent in the examining room was long.

  • I love Dr.Regan and have referred many patients to her and Dr. [Name]

  • The doctor was obviously running behind as I was called in 20 minutes after my scheduled appt time. I understand that this happens and appreciate that she spends the time needed with each patient. After being called in and having BP, etc checked, I then sat in the room for just over 40 minutes. I feel that it would've been appropriate for one of the nurses or assistants to come in.

  • compassionate care from being greeted by [Name] at the front window. To the [Name] being brought into the room and the kind patient attention Dr Regan gives during your annual physical is exception. All aspects covered completely. Check out assured all my questions had been addressed and follow up appts. made

  • Dr. Regan is so kind and caring every time she sees me.

  • My doctor is wonderful but the wait times are consistently unacceptable

  • Wait time not be as long.

  • [Name] and Dr Regan are awesome!!

  • personal caring attitude by everyone

  • The office was very busy, so I had a 30 minute wait. This was very unusual. I'm usually seen in 10 minutes or less.

  • Love Dr Regan and the whole office. They were already overbooked that day and I stopped in because my son was sick. I knew it was more than a little cold. They gave me an appointment for me. He has a pneumonia. They all know us, been going for years.

  • The wait time was about an hour, which is not usual, from my experience. That?s the only thing I would change.

  • Dr Reagan is the best

  • Excellent service. I wouldn't change a thing.

  • Dr Regan is very professional, positive and knowledgeable.

  • I feel very comfortable at the office. Dr. Regan and staff put me at ease at every visit. They answer every question I have .

  • Great provider always there when you need it

  • I was fit in last minute due to illness. I was treated with respect and listened to and received the treatment I needed from the front office to my primary care physician Dr. Reagan. They always go above and beyond and I have never had any complaints. The office is very impressive from start to finish

  • Dr Regan is one of the best docs I've had. Her care and attention is exceptional. Only issue is a 60-75 minute wait is very hard for me/others when you are scheduling around work/life. Knowing this happens because the docs are taking time/care with patients, could you build in a text functionality where patients receive an update (like we do with the white board once we arrive). I can appreciate delays, it would just round out the care of patients' schedule and time is considered as well. Thanks for your consideration.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Helpfulness of Clerks & Receptionists, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
