  • Excellent service

  • Everyone in office were professional, friendly and courteous I have no complaints and would recommend them to others

  • Courteous, prompt, engaging every time I've been there.

  • Dr. Doraiswamy, was very informative and kind and nice and available. However, when I went to the appointment to be checked in there was a line to be checked in, there was three people that were checking people in, but one of them was busy talking to somebody else that was in her office. And I had to wait, I had to wait in line for several minutes which caused my blood pressure to go up because I was really aggravated. That could be improved. If somebody is working and sitting at a station where they check people in, they need to work and not talk to somebody else.

  • Excellent experience.People were very helpful.I wasn't aware of how good your service was.I will highly recommend it.

  • Again, everyone was so pleasant from the desk to this nice dr. Things were explained clearly, succinctly & good advice given (& taken). So far, so very good.

  • He was awesome

  • They were polite and helpful.

  • Provide a safe and secure environment important during Covid-19. Very helpful support staff. Excellent service and support provided by Dr. Doraiswamy. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful in supporting patient experiencing kidney failure. We're thankful for his support.

  • Excellent care

  • Doctor Doriswarmy is just an excellent young man in a most competent doctor. His demeanor is that of a friend talking to someone about a frighteningly scary personal matter and that is kidney problems. He's one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of working with

  • visit was fast and efficient

  • My nephrologist is a wonderful physician. I use My Chart to send my bp readings to him and he it very clear about my current condition and treatment options.

  • I wish I had asked more questions

  • Provider exceeded my expectations in thoroughness, gathering pertinent clinical history, explanations, teaching and summarizing visit and next steps.

  • Great visit goals set, tests scheduled!

  • Dr. Doraliswamy took his time 2 understand my concerns, & never rushed me.

  • The lady at the desk was very kind to tell me I would be getting a phone call. Because I left the house before they could call me. And she was very apologetic that I went down to the office for no reason, which was not her fault. Because I left my house early and before they called me because of a snowstorm. And the, the doctor then explained things that I didn't even realize I was questioning until I was speaking with him. And I was able to get some answers on different things. And I explained to him the problem, what I had thought about or what I was feeling. So he was very cordial, he explained everything I needed to explain. Took the time. I didn't feel I was being rushed with the phone call.

  • I was very happy with the appointment.

  • the dr.was very efficient and knowlegable about my condition.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
