  • Pleasant and friendly staff. Great doctor

  • Finally a doctor that cares about my concerns. She made me feel really good. She was easy to talk to and I felt comfortable with her.

  • Staff was great from beginning to the end of my visit. Took care of my needs and Dr Draper is awesome! This is my first visit and more to come. Glad I chose Southcoast so far.

  • Would have preferred to have an in-person appointment

  • The main issue is availability of office and physical appointments. There is a systemic issue when the wait for available appointments for a physical is 14 months or more.

  • Dr. Draper is always professional, kind, and caring. I appreciate her knowledge and willingness to care beyond her office, ie:mammogram and other specialist care. She is very appreciated. Thank you.

  • Did not feel rushed. Staff courteous and friendly

  • Less rushed appt

  • All well explained

  • Yes, I always find that Dr. Draper and her staff are always so helpful caring and always take the time to answer your questions and your calls. Thank you.

  • I had a great visit with my new PCP Dr.Draper she was kind caring and had the time to get to know me personally which made it comfortable

  • Dr. Draper had reviewed my past medical records and was up to date on what I had done in the past. The check in person was thorough and timely and told me when to expect my return call.

  • Dr. Draper is kind and attentive. I have complete faith in her.

  • Listened attentively and engaged me in care decisions

  • Overall great visit. My only negative was the visit taking over an hour. An hour of waiting and seeing my provider for 10-15 mins.

  • Dr. Draper was extremely informative, and she was, and I really liked her. I find that there's a Miscommunication tho with the the staff, not Dr. Draper's staff, but South Coast in general, they are just seems to be a disconnect somewhere, and it gets very frustrating. I had the same problem last year. But other than that, as far as the physician's go, they're wonderful. So I just think they, you know, I think people need to have patience given the current situation, but I really think there needs to be more of a communication with the patient's and correct information given to them to allow them to make an informed choice, and that is my comment. Thank you.

  • Very professional and thoughtful staff. They followed all Covid precautions and I felt safe from the front door into office

  • No waiting. Always very organized check in and check out.Love the my chart portal

  • Fantastic, no room for improvement.

  • Appointment went well, didn't wait very long. Great experience overall.

  • The nurse staff that greets you into the room could've been friendlier. Doctor was on time and professional. I do find that for any testing I've requested In the past and again at this appointment always seems to be tough in getting because seems doctor looks into possible insurance billing issues and approvals, like needs to have more reasoning For testing. Just like my first appointment ever with this provider which I thought was a physical ended up being a "meet and greet"- I had to pay for a copay and a year later is when I got my first real physical. I wish getting testing (blood tests for counts and cholesterol) didn't seem like a big deal to the provider. My other specialists never made an issue. I did get the approval for blood test at this appointment after letting her know I didn't want to wait another year, I had reasoning. I also was referred to specialist for a colonoscopy. Also once my appointment was complete I waited for a flu shot For 15 min after appointment I had to open exam room door to make sure they didn't forget about me. Doctor checked back in and called nurse.

  • Always helpful and informative, and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

  • Staff is always professional and courteous in person and on the phone. I get appointments very timely as well as prescription refills. [Name] who roomed me was great. Very efficient and explained everything she was doing. Dr Draper listened to my concerns and included me in plan of care. I always recommend this office!

  • I felt very comfortable going into the office with the precautions that were put in place with the PPE and I felt comfortable. The doctor was kept a distance when she examined me she used sanitizer and washed her hands and washed hands after. It made for a very good experience.

  • Dr. Draper took her time and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving and also made me feel like she was listening and sincerely concerned.

  • Very helpful

  • Yeah, the staff there was excellent, and as usual Dr. Draper was great with me. Have a good evening. Bye.

  • My visit was very good from beginning to end and I love my pcp she’s amazing

  • Excellent first tele/ video visit experience. Everyone was very helpful and Dr Draper was awesome. Thank you!!

  • Dr Draper is very compassionate and listens to your concerns

  • I was very pleased with my doctor and her staff today and especially pleased with the way it was handled calling from the parking lot all the way to exiting. I never saw another patient and everybody was very informative. Thank you, and I put a Dana Farber a lot and mass IND here and you guys just It Up Above and Beyond job today. Have a good day.

  • Great safety measures in place wit. Covid19. Dr Draper was very attentive and apprised of all of my current medical conditions with other specialties.

  • The call was on time and I appreciated that.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
