  • Everything was great.

  • Dr. Sayeed is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I felt like she truly cared about me and explained medical information in a way I could understand.

  • Explain my disease or condition, what can I expect from the disease if it improves or if it will get worse.

  • Yes, everything was very good.

  • Dr Sayeed's computer had frozen at time of telehealth visit so she called my cell phone instead.Office called me to schedule next appt promptly

  • Everyone was great. I was afraid to go because the office was in the hospital but I used shield and mask with filter and used sanitizer that were available around the hospital...so I felt better. Thank you,

  • for those of us not savvy on technology more information in advance on how to do the televisit would have been helpful

  • Dr Sayeed was very professional and showed a lot of care.

  • Always kind & helpful. The woman who called to schedule my next appointment helped with schedule an appointment with another specialist! She went above and beyond and I am so thankful for it!

  • Tough to understand and made it seem she had to rush through televideo. We were left in the air about a prescription and had to call back for more information. Her staff didn't seem to know much about the prescription either. Had to go on line and read about it.

  • Dr. Sayeed was kind and caring but she was very difficult to understand. I have a hard time understanding her in person, but especially on the phone.

  • All good

  • The doctor was unprepared for my visit. She didn't know why I was there. I felt like she was rushing the visit. I had to really dig to get information out of her. I felt like she really didn't care to much. The visit was all of 10 -15 minutes. I still will follow up with her for an in person visit but if I feel the same way I will look for a better doctor.

  • It was my first visit and all went extremely well!

  • My experience is awesome. (INAUDIBLE).

  • My doctor dose everything to make me comfortable and make me feel the best I can she cares . Thank you!!

  • I really like Dr. Sayeed. She listens to me, and she’s understanding. She remembers me and my medical history. She answers my questions when I don’t understand things.

  • Excellent experience, I was having trouble understanding Dr Sayeed and she offered to call me back on my phone.

  • She listens to me and explains things so i understand it.

  • Nothing at all my rheumatology dr is very comforting and is sympathetic to my issues.

  • Everyone was pleasant and helpful

  • The staff was very friendly and pleasant as was the doctor. She was running a bit behind. So I do feel my appointment with a bit rushed. The end of the day I think I got what I needed out of the appointment, but I definitely felt rushed.

  • I really enjoyed my tele visit with Doctor Sayeed todayI felt she really listened to me and I felt very comfortable with it

  • I don't think anybody did anything wrong. I think it was completely the communication. The video was in and out. That's all.

  • It was as if I was actually in her office.

  • The wait time in this office is the longest I have ever had, for this visit it was about 45 minutes. If I didn't have to wait so long to be seen, that would make it better.

  • Dr. Sayeed appeared very rushed during this visit, from her hurried speech to her physical examination of me. While I appreciated her knowledge, I did not feel like a priority during the time we were together.

  • The quality of the video was poor. I could barely see Dr. Sayeed or hear her part of the visit. This is very important because RA is the most pressing medical issue I have. The technology needs to be upgraded. I need to effectively communicate with her

  • I Love Southcoast , best doctors and staff i have ever had the pleasure to see

  • It was a tell a health visit , the Doctor was very nice and listened to me.

  • Due to the virus, Dr. Syeed called on the phone and we were able to do the visit this way... I think it went well considering the situation we all face with Covid 19. Being a senior, I take the risk seriously and have avoided most contact with people who don’t practice using face masks or social distancing. My family are the only contacts I have for now!

  • treated very good

  • My first time seeing Dr Sayeed she is very informative made me feel very comfortable listened to my medical issues and prescribed meds for me.

  • I was contacted by the nurse prior to my online appointment to make sure everything was good. I met with the Dr. at the appointment time and the visit went very well.

  • Dr.Sayeed was easy to talk to and listened to all my concerns. She was knowledgeable and caring.

  • Dr. Sayeed made the tele health appt very comfortable, this was my first time meeting with her and she listened to all my concerns and had great feedback.

  • I face timed with Dr. Sayeed for my appointment. My first time meeting her.

  • Excellent virtual conversation and quick response

  • I liked the 1 to 1 talking with the doctor. I could see her and she could see me through the telephone, and it was a very clear connection. She called right on time. She gave me feedback about my health and what our future plans are. So it's the same thing as if I had gone into the office. I got ... I feel like I got the same amount of care and attention. So it all worked out fine.

  • Dr. Sayeed is great. I feel comfortable asking her questions which she answers in a way I can understand. I always feel that she listens and doesn’t mind repeating things.

  • First of all, the office staff was excellent. They called me and let me know what was going to take place and then when I got to Dr. Sayeed, she answered all my questions. She had gone over my history. She had looked at my recent blood work again. I had a few questions she answered them carefully and completely so I am very pleased with the whole situation and I'm glad that Dr. Sayeed is my Rheumatology doctor. Thank you.

  • I was truly impressive Dr. Sayeed from my first visit with her. My husband started this online feedback and perhaps you didn't give her the highest ratings, but I do. I was truly impressed and I look forward to seeing her or virtually in August. Okay. Thank you.

  • Listened carefully, answered all my question thoroughly and genuinely concerned. Thank you!

  • I never checked My Chart to see if this doctor wrote out what I should do. I think I understood her suggestions but it would help to read it in a report. I will check.

  • Both of the people that I spoke with were helpful and courteous.

  • Dr.Sayeed listened to me and answered all my questions. I felt better after meeting with her. She gave me hope that she could help me with my arthritis.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
