  • Dr.Sharon Marabel is excellent. I had several issues and she took care of all of them right away and did not make me feel rushed. Very professional and has a great sense of humor. I have neighbors reccomend her and I am very glad they did.

  • I wish I could have gone face to face with the talk instead of this telephone interview with my health. Like I said, I wish I could gone 1:1 with him. I'm a new patient. That's all I have to say.

  • Very happyCan't wait to get my health better

  • Everyone was friendly and efficient.

  • This was a telehealth meet and greet to determine whether or not I will transfer my care to this provider. Based on the interview I am going forward with the transfer.

  • Support staff excellent

  • Very receptive to my issues, great doctor

  • My telehealth appointment was supposed to be at 4. The doctor called finally at 4:35 and was extremely distracted the entire time. She then said someone would call me within minutes to set up an actually physical. Nobody ever called so I finally had to call a few days later and wait on hold for 20 minutes to request an appointment. These telehealth appointments are a joke. I had to pay a $40 co pay for what? To talk to a doctor on the phone for 10 minters who was distracted with other patients the entire time anyway.

  • This was my first telehealth with my provider. I prefer the telehealth because I don't feel rushed. My last visit I felt the provider rushed and her comment was an indication of that. When your provider says, "if there are no more questions, I have other patients see now." You sure don't want to ask anymore questions especially with that comment. Providers, we understand we are not the only patient you have but don't make us feel like we're not important as well. If you're allotted 10-15 minutes with each patient make that patient feel that you have their undivided attention. I'll continue the telehealth, I did not feel rushed.

  • The provider was 10 minutes late to my telehealth appointment. Given that the telehealth appointment was conducted by calling my mobile (no 3rd party software), it was disappointing the provider wasn't on time.I also felt the provider rushed through my appointment. The provider did not take the time to ask my questions about my health goals. The provider also indicated I would receive a call from someone in the office to follow-up right after and that did not happen.I'm considering looking for another provider given this first experience did not indicate to me that the provider cared about me as a patient and what my needs were.

  • i love the southcoast health system-I do wish some of my specialists were closer to me, but I have had a wonderful experience with all of my providers. I especially love dr. Sharon marable, my pcp. she is just wonderful. she is thorough, caring and very patient.

  • No specific comment

  • I always have a difficult time reaching this office on the phone but when I message through the portal the staff are so quick and accommodating. Dr. Marable is very thorough and makes sure your problem is solved.

  • Initial call in regards to new healthcare provider. She was prompt and kind

  • Felt a little rushed but was able to bring back some important questions I had concerns on, felt like provider might have been being rushed by someone else. My PCP is a very personable person but seemed like it was just a hectic day with the anticipated snow coming in maybe

  • Didn't seem well educated enough to do her job and was not compassionate and caring at all

  • DR took her time to understand my medical history as a new patient to her, dr made some referrals for me to be seen by a specialist related to my health condition and ordered lab work and xray.

  • This office is consistently condescending and dismissive. It is made very clear that they are annoyed by my belief that patients should be active and informed participants in their care. I don't feel like my doctor listened to my concerns, and I'm pretty sure she rushed through the phone call too quickly to have accurately diagnosed what is wrong. I am going to start looking for a new provider.

  • I just don't like the phone visit

  • It was my 1st televisit with a new Provider so I would have liked to have had an in office visit to meet my new DR, but the circumstances as they are made that impossible. I was told someone would call me after the telecall to inform me of the appointments the Dr. made for me but no one has called yet. Since then my house caught fire 3 days before xmas so my emotional status has plummeted. I am hoping someone calls me soon as she was sending me to a therapist to talk to

  • I do not like my provider. She was reluctant to help me resolve any of my concerns and instead pushed me to other providers without even fully listening to my questions.

  • This was a first visit as my PC has switched areas. Not having a computer available, we used only the phone. It made the.visit rather impersonal and difficult to relate to each other. I would have much preferred a first visit to be face to face.

  • Very caring and knowledgeable staff from the girls at the front desk, the nurses and Dr. Marable

  • Thank you to Dr. Marable and her staff they are always very caring, and efficient. I'm very pleased with having such great healthcare close to home.

  • This facility is always spotless, everyone there are friendly, polite, helpful. The doctors and nurses or assistants are informative, helpful and are aware of my issues.

  • I look forward to meeting Dr. Marable in person as I felt very good about our telephone appointment.

  • Time on hold waiting to get throughout to make an appointment is unacceptable. I waited for over 40 minutes. It's time to stop blaming everything on Covid-19 and hire appropriate staff to manage incoming calls

  • My provider could have been more open to engaging with me about my overall problems and explain to me what she felt would be the best plan of care. Staff could be more pleasant and smile once in awhile and whole time on the telephone is much too long. Make your online app more user-friendly

  • Great, Dr. Marable was very kind & straight to the point

  • Dr Marable is so proactive and on top of things it makes it very hard to be an irresponsible patient. I've recommended Dr Marable to a number of people.Thank you for having such a capable and caring doctor on your staff.

  • The location is great Dr. Marable attitude is horrible. I'm looking to change but unfortunately, there are no but nobody in the area that I can change to.

  • I am new time will tell. Thank you.

  • Very good overall

  • I think the staff there is just very friendly.

  • Had no probable thru out the appointment. They are very friendly and informative, and answered any questions I asked.

  • I found Dr. Marable to be pleasant and easy to talk with. She seems to be experienced and capable. I am looking forward to having an ongoing Patientrelationship with her.

  • My experience on this office visit was pretty good.

  • New patient. Went for blood work today

  • Everyone there is kind and helpful. I have complete confidence in Dr. Marable and the care she provides.

  • Dr. Marableu00A0is an excellent physician. Always very thorough and kind..

  • Office staff are great. Always friendly and accommodating. Dr Marable is excellent, she gets right to the point & I appreciate that very much!

  • Just need to go more often for checkups

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
