  • No complaints about anything.

  • Communication

  • This office is always awesome. Sadly, it marks the end of 26 years first being treated by Dr Aisenberg. Very sad to see him go, but life goes on. He is an extraordinary person.

  • Staff and doctor's are always great. Sorry to be losing Dr Aisenberg (retirement). He deserves it. Hope he enjoys his time. He'll be missed. Thanks!!

  • Very personable and knowledgeable.

  • I think everything was just fine. All staff I spoke to were kind and courteous and knowledgeable.

  • My experience with Dr. Aisenberg and staff, was excellent. Everything was explained to me correctly, easy to understand.

  • Dr. Aisenberg takes the time up review my chart. & listens to what I have to say. He tries to find good recommendations for future care for me as well

  • Very much engaging easy communication

  • I like appointments that are short and on time. This appointment was pretty close and I liked the fact that on the pre visit call I was informed that appointments are running late.I think if people arrive late for appointments they need to re schedule them in order to keep other patients who arrive on time on schedule!

  • No mention of my breathing exam results taken earlier this year after bout with covid. The main reason for my visit was to see if my lungs took a hit with any scarring etc. Timely submission of new bi-pap supplies.

  • The people I worked with were very, very helpful. They answered all my questions. They explained things to me that I didn't understand, and I didn't have any problems. I was very satisfied. Thank you.

  • I appreciate that the staff is always kind and they always listen to any questions I have and I have been getting excellent care from Dr. Aisenberg for about 25 years. So we have a very good relationship. He definitely listens to me and is always willing to work with me with whatever issues that I may have or questions or concerns.

  • Yes, I go to Dr. Aisenberg. It's always a pleasure. You don't have to wait for your appointment. Everybody's very nice. He explains everything to the fullest. I'm a happy patient.

  • Everyone was absolutely professional at all times.

  • All of the staff in this office are thorough and caring. My dad is 95 due to the care he receives . Dr. Aisenberg met my Dad years ago in the hospital with a COPD flare up. He has been his pulmonary dr ever since .

  • Dr. Aisenberg has a very good bed side manner. He is courteous. He's respectful. He's not at all condescending. He speaks in normal everyday language and never shows any kind of impatience at questions that the patient may have. I think he is the provider that I most enjoy seeing, because I know he will tell me good information that I would like, or need to know.

  • Hi was and overall excellent experience.

  • This visit was quick and very informative. The provider listened and even tried to see what time my appointment will be. Very impressed!

  • Everything was done well.

  • The Dr kept checking messages while speaking to me about monoclonal antibody therapy - I asked him for his opinion and he said he couldn't give it to me which I find odd because he is a doctor at my pulmonologist office

  • I felt reassured about my pocedure after the phone call.

  • took care of me

  • I just wanted to say that I felt that I was given plenty of time. The doctor did not rush me and I thought that was a very good way to keep me relax and not anxious.

  • Dr A explains things well, and is helpful and I am getting better sleep. Thanks I am very satisfied

  • I was told that Dr. Aisenberg would call on his lunch break. It's very often doctors run late, but he was on time. He was (INAUDIBLE) polite and courteous.

  • The doctor and his staff were terrific!

  • Careful listening, and thorough explanation of options for treatment.

  • Everyone was professional and caring. A pleasure to go to their office.

  • Doctor was very good

  • I'm so very please with Southcoast health they really care about your health

  • Perfect appointment, no complaints

  • I have been a patient of Dr. Aisenberg for many years. He is professional. He is thorough. He is very responsive to patient needs. He is Top Notch. I highly recommend him. Thank you.

  • Dr. listened to me and made a plan I was comfortable with…front desk girls were so nice and helpful.

  • I was told I would get a call to schedule my Monoclonal Antibodies treatment at noon and the call came not long after noon. Very informative, and kind and professional.

  • I visited to receive monoclonal antibody treatment for Covid. The facility was out of power and was closed, all except for the Covid treatment center which was running on a generator with a small staff. They were extremely caring and efficient.

  • All went well.

  • Appt was for pre op clearance waited almost 1 hour before being seen which is totally unacceptable.

  • Each doctor had all previous info.on the computer so time wasted with repetition.

  • I am very proud the service I've been having with Dr. Aisenberg, that's the backup from the heart. And so is [Name] [Name] and her associates. I am do... I cannot explain how good you guys been treated me this time. You know, since I been with you. I am one of the proudest candidate it can be. Either the service I've been having at home. You guys are doing a good job, and I am very, very, very proud. I cannot explain how proud I am. Thank you.

  • Most of these questions are not applicable to my experience with Dr. Aisenberg. He was just providing the information on the monoclonal anti body treatment that I was scheduled to receive at South Coast. He wasn't treating me. That's all.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
