About Qui Ci Li

Qiu Ci Li earned her undergraduate degree at Regis College in Weston.  From there, she earned a Master’s Degree of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

In 2012, Li became certified by the State of Massachusetts as a Physician Assistant. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is a co-author in two research publications.

Li has six years of experience in many different areas of medicine including women’s health, ambulatory, pediatrics, and chronic medical illnesses.  She is also fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, Tolsanase and English.

  • The nurse who took my vitals was extremely rushed! I said as much to her and she replied "I'm helping out for another nurse and I've got my own patients to deal with ". Not good!!!

  • Qiu Li is very good provider. She is very tentative with my with us when we are on our appointment and I'm very happy to have her provide for us.

  • It was a long time to get an appointment. The Dr. was easy to talk to and listened to all my concerns.

  • the only problem i had with this provider is the office location and inadiquit bus service.

  • Do not rush & dismiss concerns. Do not prescribe medication for dx that I don't have. During a annual exam, actually perform a annual exam & not a FU yet bill for a annual. Do not decrease the level of care for any reason. Listen to patients and inquire if patients have any concerns.

  • Provider listen and asked me question about my health. Was a great conversation.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
