  • nothing else to add

  • I really liked how I got great care by the doctor and the support person and yet the total appointment time was short.

  • My first consultation with Dr.Osman Faheem was excellent. He was very attentive, courteous and was aware of my medical history.

  • I've been seeing Southcoast doctors for quite some time now. I'm still alive and I'm happy about that. Once you got Epic worked out all the doctors are in tune with each other and everything runs smooth.

  • My provider was new to my case

  • Love Dr Faheem. My husband became a patient of his recently. Due to that positive experience, I decided to move to him as well. He listens and comes up with a health plan based on his collaboration with the patient. My husband and I are about as different as you can get with tolerances and preferences to diet, exercise, medications, procedures, etc. for preventive care. Yet Dr Faheem was able to satisfy both of us. Not an easy feat!

  • First time patient visit..was fast, and very professional and friendly

  • I felt very at ease with Dr Faheem. He explained the procedure that he would be doing and was very patient with me and all my questions. I am so happy I was referred to him. Thank you. [Name] [Name]

  • Dr. Faheem was great. This was my first visit with him. He listened and summarized a good plan of action. I had 2 appointments this week, 1 in Providence and 1 in Fall River. Upon arrival, I have to yell my personal information through the glass to the receptionist. It makes me very uncomfortable. Please change this process to keep my information (name, date of birth, etc.) private. Thanks much!

  • Everything was handled perfectly.

  • My first time with this doctor. The whole office was great. The Dr. was knowledgeable on everything pertaining to my health. Extremely nice visit !

  • The greeter at the front door was great!! The nurse that took me to the exam room was through!! The doctor was ok, first time I met him. I'm confused as to what the next step is.! Ty

  • Always professional , I always feel like I am being taken care of ! Thank You All

  • Dr. Feehem was very helpful during my visit. Awesome doctor.

  • Dr Faheem actually understood that my Ehlers Danlos and Sjogrens is connected to, and/or has an effect on my heart pvc palpitations. Previous doctor treated it as completely separate issues.

  • This was my first visit. The staff was courteous and helpful.

  • This was my first visit .Convenient place that provide Ultrasound and stress test.

  • All physicians I have for myself, my 86 yr mother, 63 yr make friend am caretaker for, PCPs, Cardiologists, Neurologist, Endocrinology, if any others, superb, very sharp, clearly well educated, experienced, on target assessing problems if provided w info they need to do so. Have 100% confidence in each one, don't think any others would do better care than all of ours. thank you for asking.

  • This was my first time meeting Dr. Osman. He was a good listener. He responded to everything I said and he offered answers to my questions that some of them I've had for quite a while. So I appreciated the additional information. He did an exam and felt that at the moment things were working fairly well. So there were very little changes or problems to discuss. I think he has a good manner. I like that he answers questions. I never felt rushed and I felt he paid close attention to my concerns or my questions. I appreciated the time

  • Phone call reminder.of appt. Would be nice.

  • Keep up the good workThank you

  • Everything was fine

  • This was my first visit and I am very pleased, but I feel that it is to early too give a 10.

  • Check in and check out were horrible. No personality. Rude especially check out.

  • The doctor did a great job

  • Visit was rushed and not informative

  • Nothing at this time

  • All the people working at Southcoast Health Cardiology were super nice and were very efficient and safe with COVID restrictions.

  • Hard time walking in hall on rug, have Velcro medical shoes that could cause sticking of Velcro on rug. Also the decline of floor in spots is a falling danger

  • Dr. Faheem had clearly read my file and knew of issues and treatments i had and was in touch with other physicians who had treated me. Excellent interaction.

  • Everything went great. First time I met this Doctor and I felt very comfortable with him. He knew my record.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
