About Mitchel Sklar
Dr. Sklar is the Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Charlton Memorial Hospital, in Fall River, MA.
He earned his doctor of medicine at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He completed his cardiology and interventional fellowships at Georgetown, as well as advanced interventions fellowship training at Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation in La Jolla, Calif. He also completed a preceptorship at Massachusetts General Hospital on the treatment and management of peripheral vascular disease (PAD).
He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Intervention, and a member of the Society of Vascular Medicine. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University.
Dr. Sklar is board certified in interventional cardiology, vascular medicine, cardiology and internal medicine.
