I don't know, never on one of them, it's not correct. The provider did see us in a timely manner. Everything was great. We have no complaints. So, I just wanted to let you guys know that because the first set of questions I kind of messed up. Okay. Thanks. Bye.

  • Visit was awesome.

  • Dr. Kate Collins was so professional, kind and helpful! She took the time to make sure that my teenage daughter felt comfortable and had all her questions answered. She also saw my 8 yr old son and was playful getting him to answer her questions and making him feel at ease. The nurse was so wonderful with the kids and helped us with the visit. The new building was clean and easy to get around! I will be changing my children's provider and they will be seen by Dr. Kate Collins from now on!

  • Katie Collin's is amazing and make my kiddo feel comfortable

  • From the friendly receptionist, the awesome nurse who was working her butt off, to the NP Katie whom always listens to not only me but my two year old lol. Katie talks in a way for me to understand and does so well with kids.

  • I've seen Katie collins a few times even though she isn't my sons PCP. I took him in for an "emergency" visit for an ear infection this time around and she is just so great with him. She's very interactive with him, while being efficient. No parent wants a sick child, and she does a great job of easing my anxieties as well. Every tech who does vitals is always extremely pleasant and seem to really enjoy their jobs. I'm very happy I chose this pediatric office.

  • Katie Collins was wonderful during my son's 7 yr physical/checkup. She had reviewed his medical history prior to meeting with us and had great suggestions and helped me with a number of different topics we discussed about him. It was a very helpful, good appointment. I am grateful for her time and expertise.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
