  • Beside having an appointment at 930 am and not being seen till after 10am was not good every thing else was great

  • Very satisfied. With the treatment and respect towards me... the interest towards each patient... is excellent. God bless each Doctor and staff... the Professionalism and Ethics... of each person who works there.

  • Kathryn and the entire staff was great. Got a sick appointment same day within a couple hours

  • Dr. Collins always knows everything from the previous visits and remember things that we've already discussed explained everything in really is interested in how are babies doing and how we're doing and able to take care of her and is reassure ring it's always a pleasure to see her and we look forward to it.

  • After meeting with Dr. Collins the first time yesterday with my 13 year old son. She was an excellent listener ,very friendly, knowledgeable. And just seems like an amazing doctor, would highly recommend.

  • Great

  • Wait times to be seen for appointments are insane. I understand that the clinic is overwhelmed with sick kids these days but it shouldn't impact my appointment. I specifically schedule appointment times that work for me, yet I always spend up to two hours in the building, start to finish. It just takes unnecessary time out of my already hectic day.

  • Staff is always professional and courteous. I arrived about 20minute early and expected to wait in the car but was brought in right away the MA was awesome and made my little feel happy. Katie is awesome, always is and listens. Only downfall about this visit was we waited about 45 minutes in the room for her and definitely know it's been busy lately in the health but with a 17 month sick baby just wish I had the heads up, was running out of things to entertain him with lol.

  • Dr. was very polite and patient and made my child very comfortable

  • Nice service always

  • I have two small children and Katie...Dr. Katie is fantastic with them. She engaged both of them, and helped me get through the visit by calling them. We love Dr. Katie.

  • They always are the best

  • Sad that all the original people left and the new employees aren't as friendly except for [Name].We also appreciate Katey Collins.

  • Dr. [Name] had been my 4 year old sons provider. Had seen Collins for many sick visits since she started at this office. Now that Dr. [Name] had transferred elsewhere I was happy to personally select Collins. She is So easy to talk to. Down to Earth and right to the point of things. This was also the SECOND time she has discovered a displaced tube in my sons Ear that the specialist had missed. She always remembers small details about my Son who does fall on the spectrum. To me that means a lot to myself and my husband. [Name] is not overlooked and I appreciate Her assertiveness. I have had all wonderful experiences with each provider but she by far is our dearest. It makes such a difference in peace of mind when you can be sure your child is not just a number! K Collins is wonderful!

  • Katie really listened to my sons medical issues.

  • Yes, I found that the nurse practitioner, was basically, more focused on just one issue with my grandson. And he was very upset. I did not find it to be, you know, as thorough. He was not asked if he, for a flu shot, that he gets every year. She never even mentioned it. So, I was not impressed with her. We have [Name] [Name] He's always had her, and we are switching to [Name] to remain with [Name] [Name]

  • Everyone was friendly. The doctor answered all my questions. The visit was very good

  • The provider should provide more accurate information regarding antibodies associated with covid-19. The provider told us that these antibodies were not going to protect my child from getting covid-19. Which is very inaccurate. And they need to do better research and understanding of the benefits of actually having covid-19 antibodies that are naturally gained.

  • The wait was very short. Every one was very friendly and I got all my questions answered. I'm very satisfied with my visit with my child.

  • Katie knows what she is doing

  • Assistant was greatProvider answered all our questions and my 13 year old was very comfortable with her

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
