  • check in is smooth, stuffs are so helpful and friendly.

  • Both the nurse and Dr were very friendly and well mannered. Easy to talk to.

  • Was seen quickly. Provider was knowledgeable and personable. Lab was able to fit me in without an appointment.

  • Doctor Julie Sayre was absolutely amazing and helped me in every way possible. So compassionate and understanding.

  • After 20 years of not seeing a PC, for a multitude of reasons,Dr. Sayreu00A0and her team made me feel 100% comfortable

  • Nothing but it was just busy.

  • There is poor communication between drs, rnps & staff.

  • Really comfortable with Dr Sayre!

  • As a new patient, relocating from [Name], and from [Name] to [Name]in 2018, having not seen my Dr. face-to-face since 2019 due to COVID-19, I presented with several medical issues requiring attention. The intake nurse, Catherine, was so efficient and personable it was more like we were sitting down for a conversation than going through the rituals of blood pressure, weight etc. Dr. Sayre was in within a minute or so, quickly got to know me and my recent history and began charting a path towards wellness by arranging labs, a two-week return for annual exam and referrals. I already have appointments for these specialists when previously I would have still been wondering who best to call...and not getting it done.

  • Very pleased with all aspects of care that was provided.

  • Everything was great. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Very happy with the office

  • Listened well. Possibly review everything the provider is requesting on my behalf at the end of the appointment: referrals as well as prescriptions.

  • At my visit on 8/20, I requested a refill on a prescription and specifically asked that it be sent to a certain pharmacy, and it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I even called back in the afternoon to confirm that it was being sent to the pharmacy I requested, and it was not. This is very inconvenient, as my prescription has run out, and it is a Saturday. Therefore, I have no recourse until Monday.

  • I am very comfortable with this provider.

  • I did not feel rushed at all.

  • The receptionist were not very friendly being the first time. I came to visit, but that's about it. Loved my Dr. Julia. She was wonderful and listen to everything. Just didn't feel very welcoming being a new person in once I was greeted by the receptionist.

  • This was a new patient appointment to establish care with Dr. Sayre. She and her team were professional but friendly, punctual, and listened. I didn't feel rushed at all. I'm thrilled with my decision to switch providers.

  • This was my first visit with Dr. Sayre. She was so friendly and we discussed different health options that would be best for me and my lifestyle.

  • Fabulous experience!!!

  • Dr. Sayre is great as is medical assistant. It would be helpful to be able to have bloodwork done while there and no one is waiting for the lab. I now have to arrange an appointment from home and get someone to drive me. Very inefficient.

  • Dr. Sayreu00A0was well prepared and knowledgeable about my history. 1st visit with her as Dr. Bond was on vacation.

  • Dr.Sayre is wonderful and her staff is great as well. Never a wait, always willing to listen, and very thorough.

  • I am a new patient, I only had one appointment, which went very well, so I only could answer what I experience that day. If I had to rate that one day experience I would give it a 10.

  • Only criticism…was having to wait for appointment for initial visit to establish care… all else excellent!Thank you

  • I've never had a better experience with a doctor. Dr. Sayre is competent, knowledgeable, thoughtful, speaks in full sentences, emotes, and makes eye contact. I am feeling very lucky. Also, [Name] was very pleasant and helpful and clearly knew what she was doing. I believe I also met a [Name] who also seemed pleasant and kind and capable.

  • Always have a pleasant and thorough visit and always the doctor takes the time to listen and take what you have to say very serious and take action if any is required!!!

  • Dr Sayre is a very personable, experienced, wonderful physician, and she gets the highest mark in every category you can imagine. I just love my first visit with her, and I look forward to her treating me from now on. She's the best, thank you.

  • First meeting with new PCP Dr Julie Sayre. She was attentive, listened to my (healthy) past "stories" and welcoming.I did not feel rushed at all & that was important to me on this first meeting. Thank you .

  • Everybody was very courteous, helpful, polite and the doctor was very welcoming as were all of the attendants. I felt very welcome and it was good because my doctor has retired and it's been tough to find a new one, so I appreciate it.

  • Dr. Sayer was great - I'm excited to have found a PCP that I like so much! She was courteous, friendly, and made me feel comfortable talking about my health.

  • This visit with Dr Julie Sayre was a very positive first encounter. She listened to my concerns and was truly interested in my health and feeling better. I feel confident that she will follow through and follow up in guiding me in the appropriate direction addressing my health issues.

  • This was my first visit

  • This was my first appointment with Dr. Sayer and I am beyond thrilled to have her as my new PCP she was attentive and really seems to care about my health. Her demeanor was professional and and not at all intimidating again I am so happy!

  • Everyone was very helpful, made me feel at easy

  • I appreciated the time the Dr. took to really listen to my daughter and to me as well concerning her health. We did not feel rushed or dismissed. She was an excellent Dr.

  • Dr Sayre is excellent. I felt as if we all ready had a professional relationship even though we had just met. I look forward to her being my PCP.

  • I was seeing Dr. Sayre for the first time to establish a connection because my previous doctor resigned and I was very pleased with the help she gave me and how she listened to me and my health issues.

  • Very well.

  • This was my first visit at South coast and initial visit with the PhysicianProvider was very nice and professional. I look forward to working with this provider

  • This was my first visit with this doctor but the experience was extremely positive

  • It was a very nice experience. I had a great experience. The staff was very nice I knew exactly what to do. I felt like I was a new patient with her with Dr. Sayre. She listened to me and she helped me understand what was going on with me and she's doing a lot of follow up and this is the first time that I have not been nervous to go to the doctor. I had a wonderful experience. I liked her and I'm looking forward to working with her as a patient.

  • This was my first visit with DR. Sayre.Dr. Sayre made an accommodation to remedy a scheduling error made by the Southcoast system. I was prematurely scheduled for a wellness visit that Dr. Sayre postponed to meet the insurance limitation and took the opportunity to address a health concern that I had.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
