  • When Dr. Regan left the practice, I was disheartened, and convinced that I wouldn't find another doctor I liked as well. Dr. Sayre has been fabulous. I am so very happy to have found her. She listens, and responds to my concerns, making prompt follow ups where applicable. I couldn't be more satisfied. The assistant who conducted the pre-visit, was wonderful too.

  • I loved reading the appointment summary and seeing that everything I said was there. It really made me feel listened to and that she cared about what I had to say.

  • Amazing doctor and support staff.

  • Yes what I would like to say is that I am a new patient of Dr. Sayre and I, I cannot tell you how is the end of this appointment, I felt as if she's been my doctor forever she was very careful to and attentive and listen to all of my concerns and address them and help me in in a way that I think couldn't have been any better and there they say, what I most appreciated, how comfortable I already feel with the doctor and also the the other excuse it people who worked in the in the office or also very helpful and very accommodating and and as I say, just there was some things, I wasn't quite sure what to do, or how to do it and they were so quick to let me know exactly how things needed to be done and I felt very comfortable and confident at the at the end of it so I could not be*

  • So friendly, made me feel instantly comfortable!

  • Everything was great, thanks!

  • As a military spouse who moves every 2-3 years, and an RN myself, I have seen my fair share of doctors over the years. My experience with Dr. Sayer was the best primary care experience I have had to date. She is easy to talk to, open to my personal health goals, and very knowledgeable. It is evident that she truly wants to establish warm, open connections with patients as she helps support their journey to whole health. 10/10 recommend.

  • On my first call to the office, the person who answered the phone, was upset about me using the word covid, and then connected me with the lab for covid, Dot at the lab (I was suppose to be sent to her but...)was great and said she would send my info over to the office...Sharon in the office got back to me right away, took my info and set me up a teledoc appt asap

  • First Visit. (I recently moved to [Name] from [Name].) I'm a Senior Citizen.Dr Sayer was very attentative on reviewing my historical medical records.Felt comfortable discussing issueswith her.Didn't feel rushed. She will now be my PCP.

  • My first visit. Smooth. No wait! Great dr. See you in 6 weeks

  • Dr Sayre was wonderful as was her medical assistant and the admin staff! Loved the experience. I think that I am lucky to have such a team backing me up!

  • This was a fantastic experience all around. The receptionist was very friendly and patient. The nurse who took us back was so friendly to my children and made them all feel at ease. Dr. Sayre was kind and made everyone feel comfortable and was patient with my children as they answered her questions the best they could. Likely the best office visit I've ever had! Look forward to returning.

  • This was my new patient appointment. Dr. Sayre was very thorough and spent a good amount of time asking me questions about my medical history and my current health. I feel completely comfortable with her. The medical staff, [Name] and [Name] were also very attentive. I did not get the receptionist name but she was also professional and pleasant.

  • I was able to get an appointment sooner then I expected as a new patient. It was the first time in a long time that I felt the doctor really listened to what I had to say and gave great advice

  • I had a positive experience at the facility and with Dr. Sayre. Thank you.

  • check in is smooth, stuffs are so helpful and friendly.

  • Both the nurse and Dr were very friendly and well mannered. Easy to talk to.

  • Was seen quickly. Provider was knowledgeable and personable. Lab was able to fit me in without an appointment.

  • Doctor Julie Sayre was absolutely amazing and helped me in every way possible. So compassionate and understanding.

  • After 20 years of not seeing a PC, for a multitude of reasons,Dr. Sayreu00A0and her team made me feel 100% comfortable

  • Nothing but it was just busy.

  • There is poor communication between drs, rnps & staff.

  • Really comfortable with Dr Sayre!

  • As a new patient, relocating from [Name], and from [Name] to [Name]in 2018, having not seen my Dr. face-to-face since 2019 due to COVID-19, I presented with several medical issues requiring attention. The intake nurse, Catherine, was so efficient and personable it was more like we were sitting down for a conversation than going through the rituals of blood pressure, weight etc. Dr. Sayre was in within a minute or so, quickly got to know me and my recent history and began charting a path towards wellness by arranging labs, a two-week return for annual exam and referrals. I already have appointments for these specialists when previously I would have still been wondering who best to call...and not getting it done.

  • Very pleased with all aspects of care that was provided.

  • Everything was great. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Very happy with the office

  • Listened well. Possibly review everything the provider is requesting on my behalf at the end of the appointment: referrals as well as prescriptions.

  • At my visit on 8/20, I requested a refill on a prescription and specifically asked that it be sent to a certain pharmacy, and it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I even called back in the afternoon to confirm that it was being sent to the pharmacy I requested, and it was not. This is very inconvenient, as my prescription has run out, and it is a Saturday. Therefore, I have no recourse until Monday.

  • I am very comfortable with this provider.

  • I did not feel rushed at all.

  • The receptionist were not very friendly being the first time. I came to visit, but that's about it. Loved my Dr. Julia. She was wonderful and listen to everything. Just didn't feel very welcoming being a new person in once I was greeted by the receptionist.

  • This was a new patient appointment to establish care with Dr. Sayre. She and her team were professional but friendly, punctual, and listened. I didn't feel rushed at all. I'm thrilled with my decision to switch providers.

  • This was my first visit with Dr. Sayre. She was so friendly and we discussed different health options that would be best for me and my lifestyle.

  • Fabulous experience!!!

  • Dr. Sayre is great as is medical assistant. It would be helpful to be able to have bloodwork done while there and no one is waiting for the lab. I now have to arrange an appointment from home and get someone to drive me. Very inefficient.

  • Dr. Sayreu00A0was well prepared and knowledgeable about my history. 1st visit with her as Dr. Bond was on vacation.

  • Dr.Sayre is wonderful and her staff is great as well. Never a wait, always willing to listen, and very thorough.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
