  • I’m usually all about old fashioned ways but with the coronavirus, I wish I didn’t have to touch the clipboard and pen to fill out the form at arrival. Unless they are sanitized in between clients. That was the only time I felt I was in an unclean situation.

  • We love Dr Edwards and staff. Always a great experience!!

  • Excellent experience. We had a virtual appointment by FaceTime. As a mom, I felt very confident in Dr. Edwards ability to assess my daughter by phone. She was able to give us clear direction on how to continue to care for the wound and answered all of our questions. Dr. Edwards was as kind and caring as always. All three of my girls were thrilled to say "hi" over the video chat. We are grateful for the care we receive at Southcoast Health.

  • The call back was way longer than I expected honestly I didn't think anyone was going to call back. • Absolutely love All doctors there. I’m especially partial to Dr. Edwards. She has been NAME provider since birth. He’s had many sick visits ear complications and tubes. Dr has always remembered NAME history without having to remind her. She remembers key things and gets right to the point efficiently and timely. She is such a wonderful person. I will also add if I cannot see Edwards due to her being busy with previous patients when I call I will request Dr. Collins as my next choice. She as well is fantastic. Not being NAME primary she still remembers him and his situation and is very through! She has also given us wonderful very personal advice as far as his eczema. Thank you to the entire staff. I have yet to have a less then wonderful experience...

  • Everyone is always very pleasant. Wait time is little to none. Dr always very helpful answering any questions I may have. Attentive doesnt seem rushed.

  • Everyone was friendly my son has Autism and the were very accommodating

  • I feel the doctor was very helpful, and explained very much in detail the issue and had a quick course of action. Your front desk staff however, is sort of rude, and short. Nowhere near as professional as the staff in the back in my opinion.

  • Dr joely and the entire staff are wonderful!

  • So thankful I chose Dr. Edwards for my son when I was pregnant. My son’s father and I are truly thankful to her and the whole staff at Dartmouth Pediatrics. We’ve always had such a great experience.Thank you all for everything!

  • Sick kids in the waiting room around my newborn :(Too many confirmation calls. Then at check in again having to confirm all my information. Feels very impersonal and redundant

  • Not much! I love this office from the front staff to check out!

  • Myself and both my children always have a professional and pleasant visit each time . Dr edwards and dr [Name] take wonderful care of both my children at their yearly physical or a sick visit. I would highly recommend this office to others.

  • Very pleased with experience.

  • Dr Edwards and the nurses have always been great!

  • Keep up the good work!

  • Wait times can be long at this office. It’s frustrating to be early for an appointment and wait 25 minutes, especially with a toddler.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
