Dr. Arrey grew up in West Africa where she did not have access to a high number of physicians. Each time she was able to be seen as a patient, she recognized the huge impact that the providers had on her and her family’s lives. She chose family medicine because of her broad interests, and her love for continuity of care. Her personal philosophy of care is rooted in patient education and empowering her patients with the knowledge they need to be able to take care of themselves.
When not at work, Dr. Arrey enjoys knitting, crochet, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and spending time with her family.
