About Elisangela Gomes

Elisangela Larissa Gomes, DNP, began her academic journey at Bristol Community College where she earned her Associates of Science degree in Nursing, and then she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in North Dartmouth, MA. She furthered her education and expertise by earning her Masters in Science in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, MA; as well as a Doctorate of Science in Nursing from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA. She is fluent in both English and Portuguese.

Elisangela’s personal philosophy of care involves providing compassionate, safe, holistic, top-quality care to her patients. She strives to go above and beyond for every patient she serves. Elisangela’s encouraging and positive attitude is what helps her to provide effective primary care to the families of our community.

Outside of work, Elisangela enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog, as well as going to the gym and participating in exercise classes such as Zumba, Yoga, and Spinning.

The NP was great. Really listened and tried to provide advice.The Nurse/Medical Assistant that greater me was friendly but didn't really give me any direction. I go to this Dr once per year, I am not familiar with the order of things that are happening (weight check, blood pressure etc) so I would have appreciated a little more direction and communication on her part as to what I was supposed to be doing and what she was doing.
