David Dorsky, MD
About David Dorsky
Dr. Dorsky earned an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Brandeis University before an M.D. and Ph.D. in Experimental Pathology at Harvard Medical School.
He performed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Hospital, followed by clinical Infectious Diseases fellowship at Beth Israel and Brigham & Women’s hospitals, where he also carried out basic laboratory research and worked in the National Institutes of Health’s AIDS Treatment Evaluation Unit at Beth Israel.
Prior to his current role at Southcoast Health, Dr. Dorsky served on faculty of the University of Connecticut Health Center for 28 years, providing patient care in the Division of Infectious Diseases, teaching and carrying out basic laboratory research in virology and immunology.
