  • Everything was excellent

  • Doctor listened to what I had to say. He explained the details of my case. Great people skills.

  • The treatment and care I received was tremendous throughout my time in [Name] [Name].

  • Service was excellent from the cardiac care the only problem I had with south coast was with physical therapy I went to my physical therapy appointment and the lady pretty much attacked me because I did not have my mask over my ears I had it over my face she did not offer me any alternatives but you turned me away and I am not getting physical therapy at this point which is counterproductive to having surgery

  • The doctor was very nice, very informative, very helpful. However, I was using Dial A Ride and I came very close to the time that I needed to go back home with the Dial A Ride. The doctor was late. He did apologize however, I'm sure it wasn't his fault. Everything was fine. Bye.

  • The doctor I went to was very, very well mannered, and gave us the information that we were looking forward to, and he put our minds at ease, and all others in the office were very, very good. So I would recommend them to anybody, anytime.

  • Very impressed with Dr Zambrano!

  • I was scheduled for a telehealth visit on Sept. 18th but the office called the day before to see how I was doing. I explained that I was concerned about a few problems and the telehealth visit was cancelled and I went to the office to see the nurse and doctor. I was very happy to see them in person and my concerns were addressed. I am very impressed with the way the office handled my situation. GREAT PATIENT CARE. Thank you.

  • dr. zambrano is great. he took time to answer and encourage questions about my upcoming procedure. he cares and is a humanitarian. glad to have him aling with dr. [Name] for my care!

  • Everyone I talk to was a pleasure to talk with. I received the information I needed and all the information was complete and very helpful.

  • The doctor's office is fine. These follow-ups are crazy. They're just too involved. There are too many or choices. It should be yes, maybe, or no. I mean, let it go. It takes more than a couple of minutes, it's a pain, and you don't give up. Leave me alone.

  • Very well people are very polite and answering questions

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
