  • Well, I was very satisfied with the visit. I was excellently attended and excellently understood the care they gave me. I am very grateful for all the service they gave me.

  • Yes, Dr. Marcovici was a very good. Listener, worked out a plan for me and then we're going to move on according to how I feel. So very pleased with him the day before though. I had a day where I waited all day for a phone call and that never got it from [Name] I can't think of the last name, but for some reason the the phone service or whatever wasn't working well, but with Dr. Marcovici, everything was perfect and very happy to have them as my provider. Okay. Thank you. Bye.

  • I thought the video call was great, it was my first.

  • He listened to me and my concerns understood that I was familiar with this area of medicine and we came to an agreement on what was the best course of tx given what the conservative tx I had already tried.

  • Thanks!

  • Very easy to speak to and answered all my questions in detail. Met me in person. I'm very grateful for is efforts.

  • During this time with the virus your staff are great very friendly. I like to say thank you all for being the front line may god bless you all

  • I never have a problem when I go there

  • Telephonic meeting due to covid -19 was well managed

  • Very professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable, and was very exact.

  • We had a fairly short visit with Dr. Marcovici but that's because the analysis was quick: my MRI indicated I did not have a pinched nerve as proposed by Dr. [Name] and that surgery was not a necessary route to take for my problem. But he then took me to the next level by recommending a neurologist to further test my condition and explained a little bit of that. I like this doc and felt his quick diagnosis and recommendation was quite appropriate.

  • Answered questions and gave information in a manor l could understand.left office with packet of literature of up comming procedure with photos. This was greatly appreciated.Thank you.

  • I got to see and speak with a physician.

  • I don't think there's anything that needs improvement.

  • The doctor came and got me from the waiting room. Personable, efficient.

  • Dr Marcovici is a role model physician. I really appreciate the extra time he spent with me and know I made a good choice to see him.

  • Dr. Marcovici knocked my socks off when he said “you don’t work for me, I work for you.” He should conduct seminars for doctors on how to have professional, beneficial and caring doctor/patient relationships. He was honest and suggested we try least invasive procedure first where other doctors wanted to get out the drilling equipment and lay me up for months. He comes with the best recommendation from my pain doctor, [Name] [Name]

  • I was late due to going to the wrong building, the staff and doctor were accommodating, and very nice about the whole thing. The doctor answered questions, showed me on the mri the problems, and directed me towards physical therapy and getting better.

  • He really listened to me.He didn't make me feel like I was looking for sympathy. He really believed me. We discussed different options and we both agreed on the same course to take. I felt really great about my visit.

  • Yes, My experience was I went in I was on time for my appointment and I ended up waiting almost an hour that was because the doctor was on call for emergencies. Well, I'm sorry, but if he's on call for emergencies, I don't think that day or that week or whatever he's on call for he should be taking care of patients because he was back and forth apparently he apologized and everything, but I don't think he really had the time to over look my everything he needed to look right now it's too much for me to be talking because I rather talk face to face. That's it. Thank you.

  • Good overall experience front desk receptionist very helpful in planning appointment..

  • Listened to medical issues and advised appropriately. Felt reassured at end of appointment.

  • Very cordial and compassionate.

  • Informative and helpful with all questions asked and presented

  • I was seen in a timely manner. Would have liked to have been seen sooner, but they saw me as soon as they said they could, and I were satisfied with my diagnosis and I was satisfied with my treatment plan.

  • Nothing just dont really give 10 reception and dr were awesome !

  • Everything went well

  • I was very pleased with the in depth information I was given and how great the staff were.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Helpfulness of Clerks & Receptionists, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
