OPTIFAST® Weight Management Program

Developed more than 30 years ago, OPTIFAST is a comprehensive weight management program that combines lifestyle education, meal replacement and medical monitoring to achieve significant results in weight loss.

OPTIFAST has helped more than one million people nationwide in their weight loss efforts, with more than 80 published studies documenting its effectiveness. Weight Management Maintenance

Those who have struggled with their weight know that following a program and losing the weight is not the difficult part. Keeping the weight off long term is the greatest challenge.
Maintenance is the most important part of any program and we encourage participants who have completed one of our weight management programs to continue receiving the education and group support they need to continue living a healthier life and keep the weight off.

Maintenance meetings are open to all participants who completed any one of the Southcoast Weight Management Programs, including Create Your Weight, 3C’s for Success or Optifast Full or Partial programs.

If you have successfully completed the Optifast Full or Partial program and would like to pick up Optifast products at a maintenance meeting please place your order at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting by calling 508-525-3114
