William E. Grigg, CPA, FHFMA, comes to Southcoast from Community Medical Centers, a four hospital health care system in Fresno, Calif., where he was Chief Financial Officer. He previously was Vice President for Finance and Director of Finance at Community Medical Centers.

Prior to joining Community Medical Centers, Grigg was the Chief Financial Officer at Barlow Respiratory Hospital in Los Angeles and an Audit Manager with Deloitte & Touche. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Master's and Bachelor's degrees at Brigham Young University.

Grigg is a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, obtaining the highest score in the nation on the 1994 fellowship exam.
