ExpressCare 24 @ Charlton is an urgent care service for immediate clinical evaluation of your employee's injuries. Employees with injuries requiring general occupational injury follow-up will be referred to our Follow-up Care Clinic.

Those employees requiring speciality care such as orthopedics or plastic surgery will be referred directly to these specialists.

ExpressCare 24 @ Charlton is located at the Emergency Department and operates daily from 8 a.m. to midnight with 24 hour coverage.

Accessing Our Clinic

Our Fall River occupational injury management follow-up clinic at 534 Prospect Street is available to your injured workers. Our skilled clinicians have a return-to-work philosophy, identifying work restrictions during each visit that help you to return your worker to modified duty. We have easy access with our own parking.

Daily schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 7:30 a.m. ~ 4 p.m.
