Expanded Services at St.Luke's
Our Occupational Health Clinic at St.Luke's Hospital in New Bedford expanded services to five days per week. We provide medical injury management with walk-in or same day appointment availability. We also provide our pre-placement services and drug/alcohol testing services.
Golden Rose Award
Kathleen Nelson, PT, our occupational rehabilitation team leader, was the receipient of the Golden Rose Award at the 10th Annual Lewis H. Millender Occupational Medicine Conference in March 2004.
This award is given annually as a tribute to Dr. Millender, a well-respected pioneer in the field of occupational health, to recognize an outstanding achiever in the field. The recipient is an individual who shows compassion, reaches out to people, maintains his/her commitment to assisting injuried workers reach their full potential and serves as a leader, mentor and role model for others in the field.
