Free valet parking now offered at St. Luke's Hospital with expanded services offered at Charlton Memorial Hospital
"Our goal is to always offer exceptional service to our patients," said Michael Bachstein, Vice President of Facilities Development & Engineering for Southcoast Health System. "We hope this service will help our patients get into the hospital more quickly and without having to worry about parking their car or walking a long distance to get the care they need."
The free service is open to all patients receiving any hospital service, including outpatient procedures, all visitors and all volunteers, including those who faithfully donate at the Southcoast Blood Bank. Service hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
As part of the service, trained attendants will be available to assist patients getting in and out of their vehicles as they arrive and depart the main and Emergency Department entrances at St. Luke's and the main entrance, Wound Care Center entrance, Cancer Center entrance and Emergency Department entrance at Charlton.
