Jason D. Salter, DO, joins Southcoast Physicians Group

FALL RIVER, Mass. — Southcoast™ Health System has announced that family medicine physician Jason D. Salter, DO, has joined Southcoast Physicians Group. Dr. Salter has joined the practice of Carolos A. Correia, MD, Felicia Freilich, MD, and Jessica C. Inwood, MD, and will see patients at Southcoast Family Medicine, 1030 President Avenue in Fall River.

Dr. Salter received his medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in family medicine at the Hospital of Rhode Island in Pawtucket, R.I. He serves as an associate professor of community and family medicine at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University in Providence, R.I.

Dr. Salter's clinical interests include preventive medicine and nutrition, as well as health education. He is board certified in family medicine and is fluent in Spanish.
