Southcoast names Lisa Tibbetts as Director of Patient Care Services, Pediatrics

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. — Southcoast Health System has named Lisa Tibbetts as Director of Patient Care Services, Pediatrics. In her new role, Tibbetts will be responsible for the operational and strategic leadership to pediatric services across the Southcoast system.

Before joining Southcoast, Tibbetts was nurse manager and clinical nurse specialist at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth. Prior to that, she held positions at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates in Watertown and at Boston Children's Hospital.

Tibbetts holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fitchburg State College and a Master of Science in Nursing from Boston University. She also holds a Certificate of Advanced Practice from Simmons College in Boston.

Tibbetts resides in Providence, R.I., with her husband, Jeffrey, and their three children.
