Partnering with Your Primary Care Physician for Elevated Care

In order to provide you with the best experience while in one of our Fall River, New Bedford or Wareham hospitals, our hospitalists are committed to working closely with your primary care physician. Once you are admitted into a Southcoast hospital, we will send your primary care physician a notification, and stay in contact with them while we collect your medical records and perform tests. Following your discharge, all of your inpatient information will be available to your primary care physician.
