A Helping Hand

A program introducing a number of complementary techniques to assist patients and their families in coping with a cancer diagnosis. Aromatherapy, therapeutic massage, relaxation techniques and meditation.

Support Group

Mondays, 4 to 5:30 p.m. Ongoing support group for anyone who is post-treatment for a cancer diagnosis. This is offered to enable patients to deal with their feelings after treatment and with any effect the diagnosis and/or treatment has had on their lives

childbirth classes

Southcoast offers a variety of childbirth classes to suit every new family’s needs. Please call during the 16th week (10 to 12 weeks for multiples) of pregnancy to assure placement in the class you need. Not all classes are offered at all locations. Many health insurance companies cover the cost of these classes; be sure to contact yours to ask about coverage. Call the following numbers for information on classes offered at each location.

Freshstart

This class will inspire children to become a team member and encourage them to be unique. There will be plenty of opportunities to cooperate in a group activity and to feel the energy of their peers. During each class, there will be time for each child to shine. For boys and girls ages 3 to 8.

Junior Fitness
