Top Heart Surgeon Joins Southcoast’s Cardiac Surgery Team

Christian T. Campos, MD, has joined the practice of cardiothoracic surgeons Paul Hatton, MD, and Thomas Carr, MD, at Southcoast Cardiac Surgical Associates in Fall River. He will serve on the staff of Southcoast Hospitals Group in the practice of cardiac surgery, based at the Charlton Memorial Hospital site in Fall River and of thoracic surgery at Charlton and St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford.
Dr. Campos brings more than a decade of experience in cardiothoracic surgery, research and analysis to Southcoast’s open-heart surgery program. He has practiced cardiothoracic surgery at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School in Boston. Dr. Campos is board certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery.
