In its five years of existence, Southcoast Health System has become a leading provider of quality health services from Cape Cod to eastern Rhode Island. As a nonprofit charitable organization, this has been no small feat. It is only through the generosity of our community members that this has been possible. In the past year, your gifts have supported the following capital improvements and initiatives:

Charlton Memorial Hospital

• Completion of a $32 million renovation project.
• Opening of The Heart Center.
• Approval by the Department of Public Health to perform open heart surgery.

St. Luke’s Hospital

• Opening of The Heart Center.
• New surgical Intensive Care Unit and on-site MRI facility.
• Addition of six treatment bays to the Emergency Department.

Tobey Hospital

• Completion of Transitional Care Unit.
• New outpatient services center.
• New state-of-the-art CT scanner.

Though we probably don’t say it enough, we deeply appreciate your role in helping Southcoast Health System fulfill its mission of improving the health and promoting the wellness of its community members.
